Her expertise lies in conducting comprehensive audits, assessing risks and internal controls, and implementing business process improvements to enhance organizational efficiency. Throughout her career, she has been recognized for her ability to lead diverse teams, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and deliver high-quality results.
Summer Scott
Is a marketing strategist, sales leader, and educator with a passion for storytelling, consumer behavior and digital psychology. She has built her career in marketing, sales, and business development across industries like healthcare, industrial supply, and education.A natural storyteller and writer, she thrives on crafting compelling narratives that connect brands with people in meaningful ways. Xiru (Cheryl) Wang
Is a dedicated community engagement specialist with over a decade of experience in stakeholder management and public service. Currently, she serves as the Employer Engagement Coordinator at NorQuest College in Edmonton, fostering meaningful connections between education and industry. Passionate about cultural exchange, Cheryl is an award-winning community journalist, a multicultural radio host with AM Myradio 580, and a performer of traditional Chinese drum songs (Jingyun Dagu).As a parent and advocate for cultural education,

Is the founder and Chief Listening Officer of iListen, is pioneering a movement to elevate listening skills and deepen human connections. Through initiatives like Listening Circles and community-driven events such as YEG Empowering YOU, she creates inclusive spaces where people feel truly heard and valued. Beyond her business, Melaida is deeply committed to community service. She supports children with special needs, serves as a foster parent, and advocates for neurodiversity by creating employment opportunities for autistic students.
