Requirements

• Proven experience as a commission sales associate or in a similar sales role.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment and achieve sales quotas and targets.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.

• Strong negotiation skills to close deals and generate revenue for the company.

• Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems to manage sales data and customer information.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales objectives.

• Willingness to learn about new products and services and keep up-to-date on industry trends.

• High school diploma or equivalent Sales & Marketing related field is preferable.
