The Caregiver Conference aims to equip caregivers with practical tools, resources, and strategies to prevent burnout while fostering meaningful connections, shared learning, and stronger support networks within the community. It will also empower and support caregivers by fostering collaboration among caregivers, community leaders, service providers, and employers.

Our mission is to create a supportive and collaborative space that empowers caregivers by addressing the challenges of burnout, promoting wellness and resilience, and recognizing the essential role caregivers play in sustaining families, communities, and the healthcare system.

Glenrose Rehabilitation Hospital invites youth to take advantage of this valuable opportunity to engage in meaningful conversation with individuals who will also be navigating the healthcare system into adulthood. You can take this opportunity to engage with our social workers in a supportive and non-judgmental environment. This platform is designed to allow you to ask questions and discuss any concerns you may have, with the assurance of confidentiality and understanding.
