Walk Run and Roll with ReYu - 2026
Our 10th annual 5Km Walk, Run & Roll will help support ReYu to continue empowering recovery and redefining possibilities for individuals. The purpose of the event this year is to raise funds to allow ReYu to continue changing lives and providing vital services to our community.
Participants are encouraged to help us reach our fundraising goals by collecting pledges from family, friends, and colleagues. Pledge forms are available for download here and on our website. All funds raised directly support ReYu programs and services.
Check-in will begin at 10:00 AM with the pre-race following at 11:00 AM participants must be registered by this point. The run begins at 11:15 AM.
The run/walk will be outdoors and begin at the entrance of site #7 at Sir Wilfred Laurier Park on the trail at the marked start finish line. Participants will run 2 closed loops of the Park. Food and refreshments will be served following participants completion of the event.
The Caregiver Conference aims to equip caregivers with practical tools, resources, and strategies to prevent burnout while fostering meaningful connections, shared learning, and stronger support networks within the community.
It will also empower and support caregivers by fostering collaboration among caregivers, community leaders, service providers, and employers.
