The 46th annual Terry Fox Run Edmonton takes place at Kinsmen Park on Sunday, September 20, 2026, keeping the spirit of the Marathon of Hope alive in the River Valley.
This open community event requires no registration fee or minimum donation and welcomes everyone to walk, run, wheel, or cycle along a self-paced route of up to 10 km. Registration opens at 9:30 AM, followed by the official event kick-off at 11:00 AM, uniting local participants to honour loved ones and raise vital funds for cancer research.

The Edmonton Heritage Festival is the world's largest three-day multicultural celebration. The festival showcases a diversity of cuisine, entertainment, interpretive materials, and crafts worldwide. The Western Carnival Development Association (WCDA), founder of Cariwest Caribbean Arts Festival, is a non - profit organization powered by volunteers. WCDA has been committed to fostering cultural diversity, inclusion, and unity since 1984.
Through our annual carnival celebration, we create a platform for the vibrant Caribbean community in Edmonton & Western Canada, to showcase their infectious music, energetic performances, savoury cuisine, and share the vibrant spirit of the Caribbean with the wider community.

The Edmonton Folk Music Festival, staged in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada in beautiful downtown Gallagher Park, happens each year on the second weekend in August.
